We are fast approaching September 12th, which as you may know, is the date of our first class! We truly have come along way. We now have a permanent location to call home in the Moorhead Center Mall. This will serve as our primary classroom.

We’re also launching an arcade in our space! To start, our arcade will boast two TVs and a rotation of systems and games. From the original Nintendo to the Sega Genesis to the Playstation to the GameCube, we will have tons of games for you to enjoy! We plan to open our arcade a few days before our first PODS class, so be sure to check us out!

In other news, our debut at Barnesville’s Potato Days was a huge success! We were stationed in the Old City Jail and held a demonstration of what we will do at PODS. Not only that, but our good friend CJ from Wicked Soul Studios was with us to showcase his game, Cursed Gold. Kids that came in were blown over by the idea that they could make their own video games and that there was an active community in Fargo-Moorhead. We also had a raffle for a free class and a free t-shirt. The winners will be announced in our upcoming newsletter due out this Saturday!
